Qualifications & Requirements
• Applicants must hold a PhD in Business Management/Strategic Management/Business Leadership/Accounting and Finance or any related field.
• A good Master’s Degree in Business Management/Strategic Management/Business Leadership/Accounting and Finance or related field passed with at least a Credit and Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Business Management/Strategic Management or related area passed with at least an upper second class (2.1).
• Alignment of qualifications is a must and a relevant industry/teaching experience will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lecturing of Master’s level on any of the following subject areas: Strategic Leadership and Organisation Dynamics, International Business Management, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, Business Statistics, Financial Management, Legal Environment in Business and Business Leadership.
• Participating in community outreach activities.
• Participating in income generating activities.
• Conducting research.
• Production of goods and services.
